Winter Solstice Quantum and Shamanic Cacao Ceremony

Snacks and finger food will be served after the ceremony to ground.

How to prepare and what to bring:

• Write down your intention and bring with you 
• No food 3 hours before 
• Dress in comfortable clothes 
• You will be laying down -  bring a mat or something to lay down on 
• A little pillow to lay your head 
• A water bottle 
• A layer to cover yourself 
• Arrive a few minutes early to set up your spot
• No microdosing of any other medecine 2 days before this ceremony if possible (minimum 24 hours)
