Quantum Shamanic Healing Meditation Ceremony, Reconnection!

A ceremony - a journey of self exploration and self realization through guided Quantum Shamanic Meditation,  to expand the mind and conciousness, growth of the body and the spirit and alignment to one's essence. It is a journey of reconnection.

Preparation and what to bring

. Contemplate your intentions for the ceremony

. Please try to refrain from drinking alcohol 3 days before (If possible)

. No food 2 hours before the ceremony

. The setting is indoors - bring layers in case you get cold, something to lay down on ( a yoga mat, blanket, pillow etc) anything you need to keep you comfortable while you are receiving.

. A water bottle to keep you hydrated

. Food and beverages will be served after the meditation - it will be an open evening of sharing
