About the event
This worksop is designed for deep healing, working with the powerful spirit of nature and grandmother. Through healing, we grow to into being our essence. Our ancestors sat in sacred ceremony to bring resolve and expansion to the body, mind and spirit. With the support of grandmother from the amazon, we sit in circle and meditate to be all we can be and let go of what doesn't serve us.
